SLR is not for TREND!

Ahhh... Pentax SLR, WHITE! K2000... COOL isn't it?

you buy this for what reason?
for

TREND?

or

INTEREST/HOBBY?

these few days, i see kids, secondary ppl, noob ppl holding a freaking nice SLR hanging around their head in shopping malls or anywhere CROWDED... just to show off that they have that SLR, just for the TREND... TREND ar, NOT INTREST... and the best thing, they couldn't take nice shots with that SLR... everytime i see ppl like dat, it gives me a sickening feeling... Photographers market/jobs is currently dropping thanks to these people, who make SLR look so damn commen these days. And clients will just think SLR isn't a new thing and they thing everyone can take nice shots easily... god damn it! come on lar, before you buy SLR ar... USE A COMPACT CAMERA and do your angle practice first lar... if you can't even control a compact camera and take a good angle, WHY THE HELL YOU BUY A SLR!... the next thing you know, 2 years after you got your SLR or maybe 1 lar, you toss it into your closet and leave it to grow fungus on the lens... conclusion, RICH ASS! pity those people who wants SLR badly but can't afford it and they can take good pictures with conpact cameras... hate it when I see people walking around with SLR, EXPOSE and doesn't know how to take good shots... and for us, we would just hide ours in the bag and worry that thing would be stolen rather than Show Off...

NOTE to those who planning to get a SLR, PLEASE... try to use a COMPACT CAMERA first... if you love photography so much, you would try to use any camera that you have or around you, even old fashion film cameras to take a good shot...
